Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with functional insight to restore balance at the root level.
Jodi has been an athlete most of her life with a strong foundation in gymnastics and competed in several different sports in her younger adult years. She holds certifications in Yoga, Personal Training and Life Coaching. She understands what women go through as they approach perimenopause as she is experiencing menopausal changes and wants to support and guide women going through this crucial time of life. She had to take matters into her own hands and educate herself more in depth about hormones and supplements when western medicine failed her. Her passion lies in educating women and helping them achieve optimal health, hormone balance and an overall sense of well being and emphasizes the importance of lifestyle and self care management. Jodi’s philosophy is that true healing extends beyond lab results — it’s about aligning mind, body, and spirit. She emphasizes the importance of emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and spiritual alignment as essential components of hormonal and metabolic balance. By integrating evidence-based medicine with intuitive, whole-person care, Jodi helps her patients reconnect with their vitality, purpose, and inner balance. Her approach honors both the science of physiology and the art of self-healing.
Jodi enjoys reading and learning, spending time with her family and friends, 2 cats, being active outdoors and the Florida sun!
